WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Maintain and stock supplies for the facility, to include:

-four (4) kitchens

-all conference and collaboration rooms

-four copier/office supply areas

  • Order supplies and maintain inventory of the mailroom.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing packages and USPS mail
  • Administrator for FedEx shipping and process outgoing packages
  • Maintain all printers and copiers
  • Maintain vendor contacts and schedules
  • Administer off-site document destruction files; notify teams when files are due to be destroyed
  • Process and code vendor and supplier invoices as well as other related forms
  • Participate on special projects, as needed
  • Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, managing correspondence (emails, mail)
  • Sorting, distributing, sending out mail and packages including coordinating with couriers.
  • Entering data accurately into systems, updating COIs, and maintaining databases.
  • Provide support to other teams, departments while in special projects
  • Keeping to office environment tidy, ensuring equipment is functioning properly including basic troubleshooting or arranging repairs.
  • Be able to do receptionist duties when needed such as greeting visitors and directing messages to appropriate personnel
  • Organizing and maintaining files
  • Be able to lift 20 lbs
