As a Associate Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in executing and managing mobile offers that reach millions of users through the app. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—to ensure campaigns are launched flawlessly while also identifying ways to enhance processes for even greater efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

 

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the success of mobile campaigns by managing the entire lifecycle, optimizing processes, and ensuring learnings are implemented for continuous improvement.

 

  • Conduct campaign operations tasks for mobile app/offers product and digital content
  • Execute and manage mobile offer campaigns, ensuring seamless deployments.
  • Build, test, and launch creative assets for mobile offers.
  • Implement and verify tracking elements to monitor campaign performance.
  • Develop, document, and refine processes for campaign operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance execution workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Account, Product, Analytics) to align on offer strategies and campaign goals.
  • Support efforts to evolve offer strategies by minor demographic targeting initiatives.
  • Review campaign performance reports and address delivery issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on problem solving related to campaign performance in a timely manner
  • Create, develop and maintain campaign ops processes, standard methodologies, and training documentation

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a digital ad operations, mobile campaign management or digital content management role
  • In-depth hands-on working experience within a content management system
  • Passion for mobile and the digital industry with interest in how things work
  • Exceptional trouble-shooting and creative problem solving to meet high performance demands
  • Self-motivated and proactive with superior organization skills and stellar attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • A commitment to exceptional service and delivery
  • Shown ability to meet or exceed bold deadlines while overseeing and prioritizing a high volume of projects simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly adapt and evolve with new technology & tools
  • Experience working & communicating effectively with cross-functional departments; sales, marketing, product and creative
  • We are seeking candidates located in Chicago or within commuting distance

 

 

Starting salary between $50,000-$55,000
