WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
- Lead all aspects of technology financial planning and analysis support in partnership with Global Technology leadership.
- Coordinate and manage budgeting and actual reporting process including quarterly business review
- Create business cases for technology initiatives to support organizational goals and financial objectives. This includes analyzing costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives to support decision-making processes.
- Navigate complex work streams and contribute to high-impact financial modeling in addition to developing materials that will be shared with Senior Management.
- Collaborate closely with key client teams, including technology teams, finance counterparts and project teams, to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and secure agreement for proposed initiatives.
- Contract review
- Drive organizational change and process improvements to adapt to dynamic technology and business environment.
- Lead and develop a high performing team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field is required (CPA and/or MBA preferred but not required).
- 10+ years of experience within Finance, including technology FP&A or Corporate Finance is required; Big 4, or similar consulting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, financial consolidation software and financial reporting tools and ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is required.
- Consistent track record of leading challenging priorities and addressing roadblocks – ability to work independently amid ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills - ability to interact with all levels (from c-suite to staff) and cultures and build relationships.
- A strategic approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
