Graphic Designer (Temp to Perm) will sit within our Global Merchandise Services (GMS) team. GMS helps brands bring their fan communities products that unleash badge-wearing potential, so the people who love them most can love them even more.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Designing Innovative Drinkware Products: Elevate our sales strategy by crafting new and inventive drinkware products, tailored to regional markets worldwide. Collaborate closely with the Product Team to bring to life a diverse range of drinkware and drinkware accessories across stainless steel, plastic, ceramic, glass, and soft goods.
  • Achieving Visual Excellence and Artistry: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create realistic 2D renderings, intricate mechanical art files, and packaging for our drinkware assortments.
  • Maintaining Brand Identity and Stylistic Expertise: Ensure our designs align with various brand identity and stylistic guidelines while infusing fresh styles and techniques that enhance our design assortment.
  • Leveraging Graphic Design Proficiency: Hold a degree in Graphic Design and demonstrate a deep understanding of pre-press and production work. Apply your knowledge of specialty printing, product manufacturing processes, and artwork parameters, including experience with printing processes in CMYK and PMS color systems.
  • Mastering Layout Design and Problem-Solving: Bring your expertise in layout design and print production guidelines to the table, offering creative solutions to complex graphic challenges.
  • Effective Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative and flexible mindset while working effectively with cross-functional teams. Confidently share your insights and maintain professionalism in communication.
  • Prioritizing Attention to Detail and Speed: Execute projects with precision, speed, and an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Embracing Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Thrive on change, staying enthusiastic and adaptable as design trends and technologies evolve.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Possess a degree in Graphic Design.
  • Showcase proven experience in graphic design through an impressive portfolio.
  • Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a talent for creative thinking.
  • Successfully manage multiple projects concurrently with excellent organizational skills.
  • Be a nimble project juggler, able to manage high volumes of work effectively.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with a positive and flexible attitude, remaining responsive to art direction.
  • Work autonomously when necessary while keeping a team-focused mentality.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. tms is a total rewards company, which includes rewards beyond base salary.  At tms, full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual results.  In addition, we offer a variety of employee benefits, personalized time off, holiday pay, dental, vision, 401(k), and much more.
