Manager, Quality and Manufacturing Process will sit within our Global Merchandise Services (GMS) team. GMS helps brands bring their fan communities products that unleash badge-wearing potential, so the people who love them most can love them even more.

Lead quality and manufacturing process team to optimize supplier manufacturing processes and ensure the parameters are adequate and achievable. Guarantee manufacturing processes are implemented properly and correctly in mass production.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
Pre-production (PP) Stage
- Review factory self-inspection PP report
- Conduct PP inspection including product appearance and functionality
- Technical support to resolve quality issues
- Align and create requirements for critical to quality (CTQ) processes
- Create quality control plan and inspection protocol for mass production
Production Start Authorization (PSA) Stage
- Ensure PSA sample to meet the requirements
- Sign PSA sample and keep in record
Mass Production Stage
- Ensure optimized manufacturing process to be implemented
- Ensure the manufacturing process to be setup adequately
- Technical support to handle product quality issues at factory level
Supplier Quality Performance
- Handle investigation of customer complaint
- Review factory corrective action report (CAR) and follow up improvement
Leadership
- Evaluate existing and new manufacturing processes and equipment, identify and develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates/yield/efficiency, quality of output and product reliability
- Develop process and procedure of Manufacturing Process team
- Lead Manufacturing Process team daily work and manpower allocation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 8-10 years working experience in drinkware, kitchenware, tableware or relevant industry
- Solid experience and expertise in plastic injection/ blowing, stainless-steel forming/vacuuming, and variety of surface finishing processes
- Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or relevant scientific/technical discipline
- Certification in Six Sigma Black and/or Lean Manufacturing knowledge is preferred
- Strong analytic thinking with good problem-solving ability
- Team player, reliable and strong character, high integrity and business ethics

- Good knowledge in ceramic drinkware industry
- Able and willing to travel throughout China
